Estefania Ospina, LCMFT

Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist

I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT License No.: LCM627). I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a minor in Child Development from The Florida State University, and a Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland at College Park.

I have experience working with clients of all ages conducting individual, family, and couple’s therapy. My experience has allowed me to develop unique skills to provide specialized treatment for adults seeking to address personal and relational problems in their life. I integrate a number of techniques to meet my clients where they are at and provide the necessary support and guidance to help them achieve their therapeutic goals. In addition, I utilize a systemic approach that considers the exploration of family of origin, psycho-social, and individual factors that impact and empower my clients during their therapeutic journey.

I strongly believe that improving our relationship with ourselves and nurturing personal growth is a key ingredient toward achieving positive self-esteem and healthy relationships. I view therapy as a collaboration in which you are the expert in your experience, and I am the expert in the process. With this team effort, you can expect to learn skills to cope, find solutions to the challenges you face, and create meaningful connections with your loved ones. Let’s work together on this journey of personal and relational growth!
