“Everything you need is already inside of you.” – Bill Bowerman

I empower individuals to overcome personal battles, and encourage a better relationship with self, and others. I primarily work with anxiety, life transitions, stress related issues along with spirituality concerns.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach including person-centered, solution-focused, and CBT modalities. My clinical experience ranges in youth, adults, and children. Overall, I take a holistic approach to helping you on your pathway to healing. We can incorporate mental, spiritual, physical and emotional forms of well-being to help you restore balance and peace. My goal is to help you develop a deeper understanding on all these levels so you can once again live a purposeful, joy-filled life while honoring your past, rather than being held back by it.

I am a licensed-graduate professional counselor (LGPC) in Washington D.C. I have a Bachelor’s from The University of Alabama in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University.

Your therapeutic journey to healing and peace is both very sacred and personal. It is a process that I take immense pride in. For that reason, I make it a point to individualize each approach, so we can create the most authentic experience for you. I will honor your journey by providing culturally competent care, and honoring your unique culture and background. Let’s work together to find your unique path to healing by developing skills and techniques to restore your peace.
