The foundation of my integrative approach is a strong therapeutic relationship. I collaborate with each client to establish specific goals to effectively address presenting concerns. In a supportive setting, I help clients gain insight into the relationship between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while also improving their coping skills. Individuals are empowered to
live in congruence with their stated values.
I earned my Master’s Degree and Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from Loyola University of Maryland. Throughout my training, I gained experience with culturally diverse populations in a variety of treatment settings, which include an academic setting, community mental health centers, private practices, and Veteran Affairs Medical Centers.
I have had the privilege of working with clients to address a wide range of psychological and medical issues, which resulted in clients living healthier more meaningful lives. Specifically, I have provided psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, groups, and administered psychological assessments to clients across the lifespan. Currently, I am pursuing licensure as a Psychologist and receive clinical supervision from Dr. Krystal Stanley, Ph.D.
