My therapeutic approach is supportive, patient-centered, and non-judgmental. I believe in the importance of collaboration to establish and work toward goal attainment. I utilize a theoretical approach that incorporates elements from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, as well as Motivational Interviewing. I offer personalized treatment that is tailored to each client’s individual and unique needs.
