I am a graduate of Argosy University’s American School of Professional Psychology. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. My vast psychological, forensic, and neuropsychological expertise serves as a strong foundation to assist clients with their assessment and treatment needs. My training and experience cover the developmental lifespan from assessing and treating young children with behavioral and learning problems to conducting capacity evaluations for geriatric clients.

I am a strong advocate for a holistic proactive approach to wellness. Thus, I am also able to assist individuals who want to focus on lifestyle issues including weight loss, stress management, and fitness. My approach to therapy is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
